You can add or edit an existing comment on articles, events, social posts, and wikis.
Who can do this?
- Workplace administrators
- Site administrators
- Creators
- Readers
Add a comment
- Navigate to the content's feed and open it. Or, use the Top Bar's search box to search for the content.
- Below the body of the content, you will find the comment section. When entering a comment, you can use the rich text editor to enter a comment up to 3000 characters, format the content, or insert links, GIFS, images, emoticons, or @mentions. To enter a comment, you can:
- Direct comment: Select the comment box and enter a comment directly using the rich text editor.
- Reply to another comment: Select Reply to another user's comment and then enter a comment using the rich text editor.
- Select Post.
Edit a comment
You can always edit your own comments in the digital workplace. Workplace administrators can edit any comment in the digital workplace.
- Navigate to the content's feed and open it. Or, use the Top Bar's search box to search for the content.
- Below the body of the content, you will find the comment section. Locate the comment to be edited.
- Make the appropriate changes to the comment. When editing a comment, you can use the rich text editor to enter a comment up to 1000 characters, format the content, or insert links, GIFS, emoticons, or @mentions.
- Select Post.
