Draft

A draft is content, such as an article, event, or wiki, that has been created but not published in the digital workplace. Drafts assigned to multiple content authors allow collaboration in the content creation process.

Use drafts

As a workplace administrator, site administrator, or creator, you can create drafts directly from the Top Bar's Create button or when in a feed, by selecting + Add Article/Event/Wiki.

When you create a draft, it is visible in the Personal Dashboard for all content authors assigned to the content. While a draft must be assigned to a feed before being saved or published, drafts are not visible in the feed. You can schedule the draft to be published at a specific time and date, and it can be added and scheduled in campaigns to allow you to create a cohesive content strategy. See Add content to a campaign.

Drafts can be edited and published by any assigned content author in their name or yours. Any users with appropriate access permissions can publish the draft on behalf of a content author as a ghostwriter. See Ghostwrite content.
