The File Manager allows you to upload digital files to an internal Igloo Flex storage system and arrange the files into folders to meet your organization's file management strategy. Access permissions to files and folders can be managed by file management roles for individual users or groups to specify which users can add new files and folders, access existing files and folders, and delete files and folders.

File Manager page
The File Management page is the central hub for accessing the File Manager. The File Management page displays all the files and folders to which you have access permissions. When viewing the File Manager, the following details are available about files and folders:
- Name of file or folder
- File type
- File or folder owner
- The last date the file or folder was modified
You can view the File Manager in List View or Grid View by selecting List View or
