Admin Settings

Admin Settings is a collection of pages that help configure and manage the digital workplace. 

To go to Admin Settings:

  1. On the Top Bar, select Admin Settings

As a workplace administrator, you can access Admin Settings via the Top Bar. You will be able to use the following features: 

Admin Setting  Description 
Account Settings Configure the organization's contact information with Igloo Software.
Analytics and Dashboards Access usage reports for your digital workplace by visiting our Insights Program through our Customer Care website.
Connection Manager Configure the connections to external applications for integrations within the digital workplace. 
Digital Assistant Configure the Igloo Digital Assistant feature.  
Groups Configure groups in the digital workplace. 
Igloo Intelligence Configure which AI-powered features are available to use in the digital workplace. 
Language Settings Configure the default language used throughout the digital workplace.
Login Settings Configure SAML Single Sign-On authentication in the digital workplace, and the digital workplace display name and user password requirements
Menu Settings Configure how the Top Bar's menu is displayed to users.
Notification Settings Configure the digital workplace's notification settings to establish default notification channels and frequencies for new users. Additionally, configure which feeds have users automatically following them for notifications. 
Profile Field Configuration Configure which profile fields and categories are available and displayed in users' profiles
Recommended Results Configure recommended search results in the digital workplace. 
Roles page View the access permissions associated with a role. 
SCIM Settings Configure SCIM settings in the digital workplace. 
Security Settings Configure geo access restrictions for digital workplace authentication. 
Site Manager Configure sites, pages, feeds, and user access permissions in the digital workplace. 
Themes Configure custom themes in the digital workplace. 
Top Bar Settings Configure your digital workplace's logo in the Top Bar and the favicon in users' browser tab, bookmarks, and other browser UI surfaces.
Trash Moderate Trash Bin items to restore or permanently delete items in the digital workplace. 
Users Manage users in the digital workplace. 
Workplace Administrators Manage workplace administrator access permissions in the digital workplace.
